For orders being delivered outside of Australia, the recipient may need to pay import duties before they can take delivery of the order. CHANGE OF MIND If you have changed your mind about a purchase, Peter's of Kensington will offer a gift card, exchange, store credit or refund at our discretion, to the amount of the item(s) at the time of said purchase, provided that: 1. Items are returned within thirty (30) days of the time of receipt of goods; 2. You have proof of purchase; and 3. Items are in original, unopened and undamaged packaging. Please ensure that the returned product is suitably packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Items can be returned via post box or post office, depending on the size of the return parcel.
